Angry White Men

American Masculinity at the End of An Era

An excellent tour de force through white men's grief over losing their entitlements, and their struggles to move forward in a world that has inexorably changed. This is not an easy book to read: their attitude toward women and others can be disheartening (and this was written before the electoral college president who advocates grabbing women by the p***y), and their self-destructive journeys are also saddening. If you're looking to understand where so much anger comes from nowadays, this book tells the compelling story and ends on an upbeat note of partnership.
