A must read for anyone who has had their attention hijacked in the computer area by: screeching children, cellphones, neighbours eating their lunch, folks talking to themselves, swearing out loud, whining children, folks having a family reunion and students 4 or 5 to the computer thinking they are so very clever that they can read your e-mail from behind you. I especially enjoyed reading about what folks with perfect pitch experience. One thing that annoyed me was the authors' coining of the term "halfalogue" to denote the conversation one hears when someone else is on a a cell phone. To my ear - "Unilogue" sounds much better!
