This is an obviously well-used and well-loved book. It has a lot of detail about various grains, including corn, oats, sorghum, wheat, triticale and flax. There is nothing about quinoa, teff or amaranth, but there is a wealth of knowledge and even some recipes. Tools, variety of each grain, feeding animals including cats and dogs, and even sprouting are discussed.
