I've really enjoyed Brubaker's work on his Noir titles in the past. It took me three days to get through this graphic novel because it places more emphasis on the text (the NOVEL of the graphic novel) but every moment of it was enjoyable. I'm looking forward to more of his run.

About average for Batman stuff , although Brubaker's writing was good enough to keep me reading to the end . There was one prescient moment, where two workmen discuss the pros and cons of two billionaires, Bruce Wayne and U.S. president Lex Luthor – the LL booster sounds just like a Trvmp supporter . Anyway, I recommend this title for those who like Batman or particularly well-written superhero comics .
