Outsider artist Harald Olson and his eccentric patron Jimmy Olinkiewicz found each other on Shelter Island, NY, and teamed up to sell paintings roadside. The semi-homeless painter and the father of an autistic child were magically connected, and together took friendship to a new level when they secured a major gallery showing of Olson's unconventional work in NYC. A tale of how art, compassion, and creativity can unlock hidden potential in unexpected places.

A captivating documentary contrasting a hyperactive businessman who is pushing a compulsive, vernacular abstract painter, who just wants to be left alone to rummage in the garbage dump for painting supplies, to reach for public acclaim and reward by exhibiting his works at a New York City gallery. The creativity of Harald is quite astonishing to watch.
