Very clearly written and beautifully illustrated. I have successfully grown lemon verbena and popped a leaf or two into a glass of water but with the instructions in this book I'm looking forward to harvesting, drying, and storing these beautiful leaves for future pots of tea. The author provides advice on growing and harvesting leaves, fruit, and roots tea from plants as diverse as blueberries to ginger.

I decided to purchase the book. Exactly what I needed for where I'm at. Great reference book for gardeners!
