I just read the Turkey book, and could hardly wait for this one; I used to live in Wyoming. This volume is a little science-heavy in spots, but Hutto is a wildlife professional, after all. Mostly he's a wonderfully humble and great-hearted lover of nature and wild things who brings us into the world of the mule deer, just as he did with turkeys. Multitudes of color photos too!
