If you have a small claims case then you're much better off getting a free copy of the pro se handbook with guidelines from the local courthouse website. Info about family cases and free easy to fill out forms are also available. If you have a larger case then only some parts of this book will be helpful. You'll need to read and comply with all local rules and you'll be better served by pulling up similar pleadings and motions to use as examples. Using templates for superior court cases is unwise. Someone at the clerks office can help you find similar cases with pleadings and motions. This book can't do any of that and ultimately I found individual research to be of much more value even down to deposition tips. *I'm not an attorney and no part of my review should be taken as legal advice. Always seek the advice of a legal professional. :)
