A great guide for adults and young adults on the autism spectrum who are looking for work. The author explains many social situations and their importance in a way that those on the ASD spectrum can understand if not appreciate. Focusing on defining strengths and reasonable supports and how they can fit into the workplace. Interview skills and marketing oneself are key.
