The organization is a little strange, but the overall advice is good. If you are interested in natural childbirth, this is not a terrible place to start. Harper used to work in the Portland area and includes Oregon specific information.

This book was pretty good. It gave a lot of good information and came with the Gentle Birth Choices DVD. It was not my favorite natural pregnancy book so far, but is definitely a good one I would recommend.
