Cob Building bible right here! Extremely comprehensive book on cob building, and other methods of earthen building. Really breaks down everything you need to know in order to build your own home and help others to do the same.

Once you get by all the goo about how wonderful the natural building experience can be (and for all I know, they may be right); this is a great resource for cob building, particularly in North America.
