Excellent story , especially for the older ones and if a person knows anything about war and it's repercussions of having a parent away due to war. Well done story and based on the Author's true experience as a child. The girl also has a very understanding and caring father . Great illustrations .

I really enjoyed it; my five year-old, not so much. A touching story about a father (recently returned from the war) and the young daughter he barely knows.
