Not gonna lie, this book was hard to read. I found it to be kind of unrealistic though. Kessa starts out at an anorexic weight in the start and gets down to a weight you could not live at without being on drugs to keep you alive. I thought the doctors and hospitals were really dumb too. They waited until she was 63 pounds before they put a feeding tube in her. I guess this does take place a long time ago, now something like this would never get so bad. It was just a hard book to read.
