I've loved this book from the first time I read it back in the 90's. The writing is humorous, and the stories of working the line never disappoint. Having worked in industry most of my life, I can relate to the life Ben hamper lived during his employment (and unemployment.) I wish the library would get this in e-book and mp3 format. This book is too good to just have one single book on the shelf in hard copy only.
